New productivity gains
Our technical development choices have led us to implement a new motorization and a 50% optimization of the grinding algorithms. The ALTA PRO thus sets new standards in terms of grinding time (43% less on average) and consequently a significant increase in your productivity gains.
New TBS (Tilted Bevel System)
ALTA PRO incorporates a new grinding wheel dedicated to the chamfered bevel. The grinding wheel achieves a material clearance of up to 3 mm at the back of the bevel, facilitating the assembly and holding of the lens in the bezel of strongly curved frames.
New reduced ecological footprint
Water consumption has been considerably reduced: the number of liters per lens ground is 5 liters (compared to 16 liters on average with old-generation grinders). ALTA PRO is therefore part of a new product development policy combining performance and respect for our environment.
